For Credit Card transactions your settlement account is configured by your merchant facility provider. If you wish to update the bank account into which funds are settled please contact your merchant facility provider. This might involve a new MID and will be provided by the bank.
If you are swapping banks you will be issued a new MID and will need to advise us of this.
For either of the two situations please fill out either the Change of MID Details AU or NZ
For Direct Debit transactions, you will need to fill out the Change of Direct Debit Payment Facility form. Once this is done you can then send the completed to support to complete the change.
