Your BackOffice account is used to access payment history and reports on transactions processed through Bambora. If you have forgotten your password or would like to change your password, you will need to follow the steps below:
- Go to the Bambora logon page
- Click on the link shown below to reset your password
- The "Lost/forgotten password" page will prompt you for your username and email address. Note: The username and email must match what has been setup previously.
- Once submitted, Bambora will send an email notification to your email address with a new temporary password.
- Navigate back to the logon page and logon with your temporary credentials.
- You will then be prompted to set a new password.
- Once saved, your password will be updated and you will have access to your BackOffice account
