API stands for Application Programming Interface. Bambora's API solution allows customers to submit transactions via API without requiring access to the portal. When an API transaction is submitted, it remotely connects to our server allowing merchants to process transactions in a real-time.
The clients can integrate their solution to remotely connect to our system and process a single payment. The other common available services are batch file payment, report API, tokenise credit card payment, update customer detail etc. For more information on setting up API integration click here.
Alternatively, you can use an application such as Postman or any other available on the Internet to submit API calls using raw XML strings.
